What you’ll be doing Leading on corporate transactions, including M&A, joint ventures, reorganisations and private equity work. Building on your existing client base while benefiting from a strong national platform and cross-referral network. Playing a key role in the growth and development of the Birmingham office. Collaborating with colleagues across the firm’s wider corporate, commercial and sector-focused teams. Contributing to strategic business planning and mentoring junior lawyers. About you Experienced corporate lawyer at Partner or Legal Director level. Well connected in the Birmingham market, with a proven following. Strong track record of winning and developing client relationships. Commercially minded and ambitious, but collaborative in approach.
