They are seeking an experienced Assistant Headteacher to join their leadership team on an interim basis, ASAP until Easter. As interim Assistant Headteacher you will lead on Behaviour and Pastoral interventions across a large school, while also maintaining hands-on support to staff and teachers. Though the school is SEN, the opportunity is open to anyone who has worked in a large school. Key Responsibilities 1. Provide senior operational leadership across the main site (no teaching commitment) 2. Maintain a high-profile presence around the school, supporting staff and pupils in real time 3. Lead on behaviour and pastoral intervention, including de-escalation and post-incident debriefs
