With a focus on innovation, scalability, and customer-centricity, they are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Consultant to join their pre-sales team and play a pivotal role in winning new business.
Role Summary
As a Solutions Consultant, you will act as the technical lead throughout the sales cycle, bridging the gap between customer needs and product capabilities. You’ll collaborate closely with account executives, product teams, and client stakeholders to deliver compelling demos, proof of concepts, and solution architecture recommendations tailored to complex business challenges.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as a trusted technical advisor during the pre-sales process, guiding prospects through solution scoping, product demonstrations, and technical validations.
* Partner with sales teams to understand client requirements and map them to effective technical solutions.
* Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations that highlight business value and technical differentiation.
* Customize solutions using deep product knowledge and integrate with customer-specific environments.
* Support RFP responses, technical documentation, and statement of work development.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with product management and engineering to relay market feedback and influence roadmap development.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of demo environments, playbooks, and reusable assets.
Requirements
* 3–7 years of experience in a client-facing technical role (Solutions Consultant, Pre-Sales Engineer, Technical Account Manager, etc.) in the technology or SaaS industry.
* Strong understanding of enterprise software architectures, APIs, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), and system integrations.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Experience supporting sales cycles from discovery to deal closure in B2B environments.
* Ability to manage multiple client engagements in a fast-paced, consultative sales setting.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Experience
* Experience in verticals such as fintech, healthcare, logistics, or e-commerce.
* Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or custom SaaS solution landscapes.
* Certifications in cloud platforms, solution architecture, or relevant enterprise technologies.
