Lead a Strategic Transformation
* Manage and motivate a regional team (5 direct reports, with growth potential).
* Implement new KPIs, formal sales processes, and structured business planning frameworks.
* Modernise the sales function and elevate performance to industry-leading standards.
Matrix Leadership & Collaboration
* Act as the central hub between Sales, Clinical, and Transformation teams.
* Break down silos and create cohesive, customer-focused strategies.
* Facilitate collaboration across functions, ensuring complex insights translate into actionable results.
Drive Performance & Culture
* Be accountable for regional sales targets and overall team performance.
* Integrate new talent with experienced team members to foster a high-performance, accountable, and motivated culture.
* Provide strategic input using data and operational metrics to guide decision-making.
💡 Who We’re Looking For
* Medical Device Expertise: Proven leadership experience in medical device sales; experience in Urology or DAC markets is a distinct advantage.
* The Facilitator: Exceptional listening, coaching, and cross-functional communication skills. Able to translate complex information into clear strategies.
* The Change Agent: Strategic thinker, resilient, and solutions-focused. Thrives in ambiguity and evolving environments.
* Process-Driven: Experienced in formal sales frameworks and multi-faceted business planning.
