Responsibilities
Find solar installers in your region. Win their business. Grow it.
Your target customer installs 200–500 solar systems a year. Get them on board, service them well, and the account manages itself. The hard bit — and the fun bit — is the hunt.
80% new business. 10% account management. 3-4 days on the road. 1+ day home. Revenue target: £3m–£5m per year at full pace.
Benefits
* Bonus — realistically £10,000–£20,000 year one, growing as your patch builds
* Work from home base
* Full autonomy over your region — no micromanagement
* Occasional trips to European HQ for training and exhibitions.
Qualifications
* Hunger. Tenacity. Proactivity. Five days a week, not just Monday morning.
* Field sales experience in a technical sector — energy, electrical, construction, mechanical, would be a bonus - We want a hunter!
* The ability to go and find business, not wait for it
* A full UK driving licence
Solar experience is a bonus — not a dealbreaker. We'll train the right person.
Setup
Join a UK team of 10, backed by a ~350-person European business with 30 years of pedigree. Premium product. Strong brand. Real support.
You’ll have visibility, influence and the chance to build something — not just fill a quota in a faceless organisation.
