A welcoming and well-resourced primary school in Ealing is looking for an experienced and passionate SEN Teacher to join their dedicated specialist provision from September (or sooner for the right person).
This is a rewarding opportunity to take ownership of a small, well-supported class of pupils with a range of additional needs, including ASD, speech & language delay, and moderate learning difficulties. Creating a structured, nurturing and predictable learning environment
Working closely with therapists (SALT, OT, EP) to implement strategies
Leading and supporting a small team of SEN Teaching Assistants
Tracking progress in both academic and developmental milestones
What the school offers:
Supportive leadership team with a strong SEN focus
Well-equipped SEN classroom and sensory resources
Regular CPD and training in autism, communication strategies, and behaviour support
Collaborative, friendly staff culture
What we're looking for:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Proven experience working within SEN (ASD preferred)
A calm, consistent and patient teaching style
Strong understanding of differentiation and EHCP delivery
