About the Role
We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused individual to join our team as a
Customer Service Advisor

Working Pattern:
Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, with
1 in 5 weekends
on a rotating basis.
What You'll Do
* Handle incoming customer calls, service requests, and parts enquiries with professionalism and care.
* Offer clear, friendly advice to both internal and external customers, ensuring an outstanding customer experience every time.
* Educate customers on our full range of products and services.
* Resolve customer issues efficiently and supportively.
* Maintain accurate customer records and log interactions on our in‑house service management system.
* Process incoming service and parts requests, ensuring all data is captured accurately.
* Follow external customer processes and policies when entering data into their systems.
* Manage payments from non‑credit customers via credit and debit card.
What You'll Bring
* Previous experience in customer service (preferred but not essential).
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Confidence in assessing information and making sound decisions.
* Excellent problem‑solving abilities with a calm, professional approach.
* High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
* A positive team‑player attitude.
