In this essential role, you'll play a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day coordination of their operations team, with a strong focus on accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. Your contribution will directly support departmental KPIs and the delivery of exceptional customer service, while promoting a positive and safety-first culture. Key Responsibilities: Team & Administration: Carry out daily administrative duties to support the field service function. Accurately process job information, timesheets, purchase orders, and invoices. Collate and input data related to performance metrics and KPIs. Serve as a key contact for internal queries, concerns, and complaints. Assist with reporting, budgeting, and performance tracking.
