Key Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of elderly patients and develop individualized care plans
* Administer medications and treatments according to established guidelines and protocols
* Monitor the health status of patients, documenting progress and addressing any changes in condition
* Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families about care options and health management
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize care plans and improve patient outcomes

Requirements
* NMC registration as a Registered Nurse is essential.
* Specialization or experience in elderly care is highly preferred.
