You’ll lead the creation and management of digital content across social channels and the company website, helping to tell a compelling brand story while supporting sales through strategic, high-impact campaigns.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Develop and implement content strategies across all key social media platforms.\n\n * Oversee day-to-day social activity, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand presence.\n\n * Create high-quality content—both written and visual—that showcases the community lifestyle on offer.\n\n * Monitor social analytics and optimise campaigns to improve performance and ROI.\n\n * Respond to community engagement (comments, messages) in a timely, professional manner.\n\n * Identify and manage relationships with influencers to extend brand reach.\n\n * Craft and distribute promotional emails to drive leads and support campaigns.\n\n * Maintain and optimise website content, ensuring SEO best practices and accurate property listings.\n\n * Work closely with external partners to champion excellent user experiences online.\n\n * Collaborate with creative and design teams to produce top-tier digital assets.\n\n * Keep up with competitor activity and contribute to evolving digital strategy.\n\nSkills and Experience Required\n\n * Proven experience in a digital marketing or social media content role.\n\n * Skilled in content creation, especially video (editing experience is a plus).\n\n * Strong grasp of digital marketing strategy and performance tracking tools.\n\n * Hands-on experience with WordPress or similar content management systems.\n\n * Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.\n\n * Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.\n\n * Strong communication and collaboration skills.\n\n * Degree in marketing or related discipline preferred, but not essential.\n\nIdeal Candidate\n\nYou’re a digital marketing enthusiast with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
