Rate of Pay: £22.37 - £28.88 per hour
Summary:
This role supports the coordination and delivery of the Shropshire Safeguarding Community Partnership (SSCP), ensuring effective multi-agency collaboration across safeguarding adults, children, and community safety. The position plays a key role in driving partnership working, managing projects, and supporting the delivery of strategic safeguarding priorities.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and support the work, governance, and activities of the SSCP
* Provide advice, support, and constructive challenge to multi-agency partners
* Lead and manage safeguarding and community safety projects and initiatives
* Coordinate statutory case reviews (e.g. Safeguarding Adult Reviews, Child Safeguarding Practice Reviews, Domestic Homicide Reviews)
* Analyse performance data, audits, and reports to support service improvement
Qualifications:
* Relevant degree or equivalent qualification in Social Care, Public Administration, Criminology, or a related field
* Evidence of continuous professional development (CPD)
Essential Requirements:
* Experience working within safeguarding, community safety, or multi-agency partnerships
* Strong knowledge of safeguarding legislation, policies, and practices
* Experience managing projects, case reviews, or service improvement initiatives
* Ability to analyse data and produce clear reports and recommendations
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and challenge
