Your Mission
* Deliver
end-to-end accounting, audit and advisory services for digital asset clients across Crypto, DeFi, Web3, and Digital Assets.
* Own
complex financial projects: token accounting, proof-of-reserve audits, treasury management, and tax structuring.
* Leverage
proprietary software to elevate reporting and advisory capabilities.
* Collaborate
with Partners and Managers on strategic and technical challenges.
* Contribute
to shaping emerging crypto accounting protocols and standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and review financial statements for blockchain-native businesses.
* Lead audits, reviews, and assurance projects in the digital asset ecosystem.
* Advise senior stakeholders on valuation, treasury, and token economics.
* Guide clients on financial management, tax structuring, governance, and corporate organisation.
* Assist clients in navigating crypto taxation and global regulatory compliance.
* Apply tech-led tools to optimise audit and advisory efficiency.
* Stay ahead of market trends and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
Must-Have Experience
* ACA, ACCA, or equivalent chartered professional qualification.
* Solid audit or financial accounting experience, ideally from Big 4.
* Strong
IFRS/UK GAAP
knowledge and high-growth business accounting expertise.
* Proven ability to manage complex accounting challenges.
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

What's on Offer
* Salary:
£55,000 – £60,000 per annum DOE
* Bonus:
£1,000 – £8,000 performance-based
