Growth Strategist role involves shaping the growth journey of our clients by connecting data, creative, and performance to fuel strategic decisions and exceptional client outcomes. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on data, creativity, and rapid problem-solving. You will own client growth, transforming data-driven insights into strategies that drive revenue and customer acquisition, from high-level planning to on-the-ground execution, while building lasting relationships based on trust and results.
What You’ll Own
Growth Strategy and Planning
* Develop comprehensive 12-month growth roadmaps, aligning creative, performance, and customer acquisition strategies
* Use advanced forecasting to set ambitious, data-backed KPIs for revenue growth and strategic planning
* Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify high-potential growth opportunities
* Regularly review and adapt strategies based on performance data, market changes, and evolving client goals
Cross-Functional Leadership
* Lead cross-functional teams, coordinating efforts between Account Managers, Media Buyers, and Creative Strategists
* Drive alignment across teams to ensure consistent messaging, creative quality, and data-driven decision-making
* Act as the strategic anchor within client accounts, setting direction and ensuring unified outcomes
* Foster collaborative relationships that drive innovation and exceptional client service
Data-Driven Optimisation and Analysis
* Use platforms like Shopify, Triple Whale, Motion, and ad account analytics to monitor performance and identify trends
* Transform raw data into actionable insights to guide creative adjustments and media strategy refinements
* Make real-time optimisations based on performance data and market intelligence
* Regularly assess client account health, ensuring targets for MER, ROAS, CAC, and customer LTV are met or exceeded
Client Communication & Relationship Building
* Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients, acting as their primary strategic advisor and growth partner
* Present clear, data-backed insights and growth recommendations
* Provide regular performance updates connecting day-to-day tactics with long-term growth goals
* Identify and develop upsell opportunities across service offerings
Creative & Performance Integration
* Partner with creative teams to develop impactful, conversion-focused campaigns
* Use performance data to refine creative direction for measurable results
* Collaborate on testing roadmaps balancing creative innovation with performance
* Bridge the gap between creative strategy and media buying for optimal campaign performance
Experience & Skills
Essential Experience
* Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, or other major platforms
* Deep understanding of acquisition channels, landing pages, eCommerce best practices, and growth levers
* Proven forecast accuracy and data-driven growth strategy development
* Strong grasp of creative ideation, data-backed execution, and performance analysis
* Experience leading cross-functional teams and aligning creative and media strategies
Strategic & Analytical Skills
* Proficiency in Shopify, Triple Whale, Motion, and other eCommerce analytics tools
* Understanding of CAC, MER, LTV, ROAS, and payback periods
* Ability to develop growth forecasts, budgets, and marketing calendars
* Experience with attribution frameworks to improve decision-making
* Strong pattern recognition for identifying opportunities and challenges
