Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable. Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests
- Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items
- Assist with food preparation and basic kitchen tasks as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary terminology is a plus
