Clinical Lead – Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE) Services

Compensation: up to £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Contract: Full Time, Permanent.
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Psychologist to lead our CSE services, further developing the clinical model and supporting operational colleagues.
Responsibilities
* Provide clinical leadership and embed evidence‑based practice across the CSE services.
* Lead development of the clinical model and oversee continuous improvement.
* Manage and supervise other clinicians in the service across the country.
* Conduct specialist assessments, report writing and deliver evidence‑based interventions.
* Design and deliver bespoke training packages for staff teams.
* Support teams in delivering clinically focused meetings, consultations and reflective practice.
Candidate Profile
* Qualified Psychologist with children and young people in settings such as CAMHS, residential care or trauma‑informed services.
* Experience delivering evidence‑based, trauma‑informed therapeutic interventions with children and young people.
* Experience conducting specialist assessment, intervention and management of a range of presenting needs.
* Experience of training and supporting staff teams.
* Experience supervising and managing other clinicians.
* Registered with the HCPC.
* Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
