About Us:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled IT Support Technician to join our team and take over the support of our networks, web services, and general IT infrastructure. This role will transition our IT support from an outsourced model to an in-house solution, providing more personalised and immediate support to our employees.
Main Tasks:
* Network management: troubleshoot and resolve network related issues
* Manage network security protocols
* Assist in maintaining and updating company website
* Oversee web server including configuration, deployment and maintenance of web applications
* Provide technical support to employees including resolving hardware, software and other IT related issues
* Install, configure and maintain computer systems, including hardware and software
* Manage IT assets and inventory, ensuring all equipment is up-to-date and functioning properly
* Assist in the onboarding process providing equipment for new starters
* Collaborate with other departments and understand their IT needs to provide appropriate solutions
* Document all IT processes, procedures and troubleshooting steps
* Ensure employees understand software/ensure efficient use of IT resources
* Create, maintain and update spreadsheets

2-4 years of experience in IT support, network management and web services
Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, Mobile Operating Systems, network printing and Windows server roles
Proficient in Excel
Working hours:
Monday–Friday 09:00–17:30 (8 hour shift). We are a 24-7 operation and there may be times when we need you to be flexible with time.
Salary and Benefits:
£28,000 per year
