The Role: HR & Development Coordinator - 12 Months FTC
Location: Hemswell, DN21 5TU
Shift Pattern/Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm
Salary: Dependent on experience

Purpose of the role:
To support the HR Department to deliver an impeccable, streamlined service to all employees within the organisation whilst remaining compliant at all times.
Key responsibilities will include:
HR
Managing the HR Inbox:
* Saving documents and updating EE Files
* Tracking and managing absence management process inclusive of preparing meeting invites and outcome letters.
* Responding to emails where required
Manage the onboarding process for new starters:
* Creating contracts.
* Liaising with future employees.
* Obtaining references.
* DBS Checks.
* Arranging new starter medicals.
* Plan Induction
Working closely with managers to support CTUK associates journey programme and ensuring all paperwork is completed:
* Updating managers calendar with 121 & probation reminders
* Updating associates journey sheet
* Saving probation review documents into EE File
* Producing letter to confirm probation completed
Manage onsite communication boards / TV on a weekly basis.
Maintain our internal TM system, ensuring employee professional and personal records are up to date.
Provide support on a wide range of administrative and organisational activities as the TM department requires, finding ways to improve processes and routine tasks.
TM Representative for Associates Attendance Review Meetings with Line Managers.
Liaising with Occupational Health provider to co-ordinate regular medicals and management referrals.
Participation in Audits ensuring we are Audit ready 24/7
Assisting with recruitment of Operators and other roles when required
* Screening CVs & shortlisting
* Invites to interview
* TM Rep in interview
HR Rep in Disciplinary Hearings ensuring full investigation process is adhered to.
L&D
Updating Active Learning Plans and organising meetings with managers for these to be completed.
Update LMS System when required with new document revisions
Schedule and coordinate training in accordance with budget plan
Update training spreadsheet when required to generate reports on hours and costs
Facilitate inductions.
Filing of SOPs and required documents into employees' electronic files.
Update Training Matrix ensuring CTUK remain compliant at all times.
What we are looking for:
* HR Experience (Minimum 1 year)
* Able to perform a multi-functioning role
* Strong and proven time management and workload prioritisation abilities
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
* Good attention to detail
* Ability to learn new processes and work to set procedures
* Proficient user of Excel & Word
* Profound understanding of GDPR
* Able to work within a busy and fast moving environment
Qualifications
* Level 5 CIPD Qualification or Working Towards (will consider Level 3)
