Senior Regeneration Lawyer (Commercial)
Hackney is reshaping East London. Over the next five years, we are delivering a pipeline of nationally recognised regeneration schemes that are transforming communities and redefining skylines. We are looking for a Senior Commercial Lawyer to sit at the heart of that work as a true subject matter expert.
The Role
You’ll take the lead on major housing and estate regeneration schemes, working directly with senior clients and the Head of Department. From procurement to completion, you’ll see your legal work shape developments across the region. With hybrid working and a collaborative team culture, you’ll have the flexibility and support to do your best work. Your caseload will focus on:
* Negotiating and drafting complex commercial contracts across major regeneration projects
* Advising on the procurement of architects, contractors, and professional consultants
* Ensuring compliant procurement routes for high-value, high-profile schemes

What We Are Looking For
* A qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Chartered Legal Executive
* The expertise to advise on complex, high-value projects
* Experience in commercial contracts, construction law, or regeneration
