Could you support people to lead great lives?
Come and join our amazing team.
We are a charitable organisation based in the Scottish Borders. We provide care and support to adults to lead great lives. Most of the people we support have learning disabilities or mental health problems. Our team helps people to live independent and fulfilling lives in their own homes and in the community.
We are growing and currently require additional Support Workers in our West service (Hawick). Some experience is advantageous, but we are also committed to supporting skill development. All training will be provided. Willingness to undertake an SVQ Level III qualification is necessary. If you have a strong value base, enthusiasm, commitment, a good sense of humour, and the ability to work positively and honestly with people with disabilities, we would like to hear from you.
We are an accredited Disability Confident organisation and encourage applications from all community members.
