What's on offer
* Basic salary: £42,000 - £45,000 per year (depending on experience)
* Individual bonus scheme
* Hours: 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8:00 - 17:00)
* Holidays: 20 days + 8 bank holidays
* Location: Croydon (ideal for those living in South East London)
Key responsibilities
* Prepare, mix, and apply water-based paints to vehicles to a high standard
* Carry out all aspects of prep, paint, and polish work efficiently and accurately
* Ensure all work meets manufacturer and company quality standards
* Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
* Work effectively as part of a close-knit, professional team
About you
* Proven experience as a Vehicle Paint Sprayer / Bodyshop Painter
* Skilled in vehicle prep, refinishing, and polishing
* Confident working with water-based paint systems
* Own spray guns and air-fed mask
* High attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
