Role Overview
We are hiring a Unity Game Developer to build games and interactive experiences in Unity. The role spans gameplay programming, system implementation, and the polish that takes a prototype to a shipped product.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement gameplay systems, mechanics, and features in Unity using C#
- Build and maintain game tools, editor extensions, and pipelines
- Optimise performance across platforms (mobile, console, PC, web)
- Diagnose and resolve gameplay and engine-level bugs
- Conduct code reviews and contribute to architectural decisions
- Partner with designers, artists, and producers throughout development
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 3+ years building production games in Unity
- Strong C# proficiency and Unity engine experience
- Experience shipping games on at least one platform (mobile, console, PC, web)
- Familiarity with Unity profiling and optimisation tools
- Working knowledge of version control (Git, Plastic) and CI for games
- Solid understanding of game architecture and design patterns
