Admin Support
Location: Cardiff

£13.38 per hour

What You'll Do:
Provide back office and administrative support.
Providing accurate information on services, policies, and procedures.
Resolving customer issues efficiently while ensuring a positive experience.
Collaborating with team members to enhance service delivery.
What Our Client is Looking For:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle inquiries with empathy.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
Basic computer skills and the ability to adapt to new software quickly.
