You will provide support to the Assistant Project Manager on the delivery of individual projects, focusing on compliance with programme, quality workmanship, materials, and technical standards.
Requirements include an HNC or SVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent, with a relevant trade background and experience in a Quality Assurance role within housing capital and/or revenue investment programmes for a client organization. Experience in dealing with the public in the field and in interview situations is also essential.
Applicants must have effective verbal and written communication skills, knowledge of Health and Safety at Work Regulations related to construction, and an understanding of workmanship standards for all involved trades.
The role requires a customer-focused approach, the ability to work under pressure and independently, flexibility, and availability for evening meetings.
Desirable qualifications include knowledge of local authority working conditions and practices, a range of relevant experiences, and a full driving license.
