* Own the day‑to‑day health and performance of Salesforce.
* Enhance functionality with custom Apex classes, triggers, and integrations.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to design scalable, best‑practice solutions.
* Optimise processes proactively, identifying improvements before they’re even requested.
* Keep pace with Salesforce releases, assessing impact and implementing changes.
* Administer core tasks: user management, permissions, automation tools, reporting.
* Share knowledge through documentation, training, and cross‑team support.
🎯 What You’ll Bring
* Proven Salesforce admin skills; Apex development experience a plus.
* Familiarity with Einstein Analytics, Conga, DocuSign is an advantage.
* Confident in Salesforce features: Flow, Reports, Lightning, Validation Rules.
* Able to translate complex tech into clear business value.
* Strong grasp of release management and change control.
* A curious, continuous learner who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
