We’re on the lookout for an experienced B2B PR Account Director - someone strategically sharp, commercially aware, and ready to step into a senior leadership role, helping shape campaigns, mentor the team, and drive client success.
About the role
This isn’t just any PR Account Director position. You’ll be leading high-profile B2B client relationships across large, professional service clients, developing strategic campaigns, guiding creative direction, and contributing to the growth and culture of the agency. You’ll have the freedom to champion ideas, guide the team, and work closely with other specialists to deliver campaigns that truly make an impact.
What you’ll be doing day to day
* Leading and nurturing senior client relationships, acting as the primary strategic advisor
* Designing and overseeing PR and communications strategies that deliver measurable business results
* Ensuring campaigns are delivered to the highest standard, from planning to execution
* Contributing to pitches, proposals, and new business growth initiatives
* Conducting regular account reviews and helping clients see the full value of your work
* Identifying opportunities to grow accounts through innovative campaigns and strategic thinking
* Collaborating with data, insights, and AI visibility specialists to ensure campaigns are targeted and impactful
* Supporting, mentoring, and developing junior and mid-weight account team members
About you

What we’re looking for
* Senior agency-side PR experience, ideally as an Account Director in B2B, healthcare, education, or professional services
* Proven track record leading campaigns across PR, thought leadership, media relations, events, or digital communications
* Strong client-facing skills and commercial awareness
* Experience managing and developing a team
* Creativity, curiosity, and a solutions-driven mindset
