Well established, friendly law firm based in Hertfordshire are looking to recruit an experienced Conveyancer to join their busy and fast growing team. This role would suit a Conveyancer who no longer wants to run their own caseload. This is a busy role working alongside a Conveyancer who has been with the firm for more than 20 years and has built a very strong relationship with local estate agents. The role would be to assist in progressing the files at every stage of the Conveyancing transaction without having targets or the responsibility of your own caseload.
They are interested in Conveyancers with around 5 years PQE, happy to consider less and also allot more.
They offer a professional & flexible working environment with Partners who have an open door policy, they are all approachable and generally have a very happy team.
Salary - they have no fixed scale and are happy to negotiate based on your experience and generally pay above market rate.
The successful Residential Conveyancer must:
* Live in Hertfordshire, North London or North East London areas, the office has great transport links from all around London and Hertfordshire
* Be able to juggle a busy case load and ensure that you can maintain a high level of client care to maintain client satisfaction
