Your Role:
As a Breakfast Chef you will be responsible for running the full breakfast service. Working from 7am - 3pm, 5 days per week, you will be responsible for producing the best quality breakfasts for all our guests and non-resident bookings.
You will:
Provide a full a la carte breakfast, alongside a continental offering for up to 70 guests each day.
Solely responsible for all mis en place required for the breakfast service each day.
Ensuring that every dish served is of the highest quality.
We Ask of You:
Can demonstrate an awareness of the importance of minimising wastage
Can demonstrate a clear passion and interest in food
Can demonstrate experience of ensuring cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen
Good awareness of Health & Safety in the workplace.
Previous experience of working within a Kitchen of a 4- or 5-star hotel
Food Hygiene Certificate
