Salary: £14.52 per hour (£28,314 per annum) plus benefits

This You?
Do you stay calm when things take time?
Can you explain information clearly and more than once if needed?
Do you value routine, structure and helping others feel safe and confident?
This is a physical, hands-on role, and to succeed youll have:
* Good spoken and written English
* Previous experience in a similar role, ideal
* A practical, active approach to work, with the ability to support people throughout the day
* A full UK manual driving licence
* Experience with administering of medications
* Previous experience supporting people with learning disabilities, autism and physical disabilities
* QCF in Health & Social Care Level 2 Diploma (or equivalent) with willingness to undertake a level 3 in Health & Social Care, and demonstrate reasonable knowledge of regulatory standards for supported/residential living
