Overview
Role: Sales Account Manager
Location: Albourne (office-based)
Hours: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:45am - 5:30pm
Pay: £25,000 basic + commission (OTE £30,000 - £40,000 per annum)

The Requirements
* Proven sales and negotiation skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
* Passion for delivering excellent customer service
* Positive, hardworking attitude
* Confident with numbers and metric measurements
Desirable
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a sales-based role
* At least 1 year's experience in an administrative and/or telephone-based role
* Experience converting opportunities and preparing quotations
* Full UK driving licence
* Previous customer service experience
The Role
* Convert sales opportunities through effective service and negotiation
* Deliver first-class customer support via phone, email, and online channels
* Respond accurately to customer queries and requests
* Liaise with internal teams to support smooth fulfilment of orders and projects
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout their journey
