Marston Holdings Limited has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Agent to join their team on a 3-month fixed-term basis.
This is a full-time role, 37.5 hours per week, based in our Oldham office.
As a Customer Service Agent with Marston Holdings Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in our contact centre, engaging with customers and helping them find solutions, whether processing payments or resolving queries. This role involves taking inbound calls, processing applications, and answering queries.
Person Specification
* Experience handling and resolving difficult situations
* Effective communication and organisational skills
* Good understanding and use of Microsoft Office applications
* Excellent phone manner
* Strong time management skills
* Comfortable working alone as well as part of a team
