An opportunity for an exceptional investment sector Executive Assistant to support on a 1:1 basis at a well-backed, ambitiously growing investment fund. With high-intensity periods of work and flexibility to be available round the clock at times, this is a role for someone tech-savvy who wants to fully commit to being available for their Executive in both a business and private capacity.
Responsibilities
* Close proactive calendar and inbox monitoring to make the best use of the Managing Partner's time. Flexibility to support out-of-hours essential
* Relationship management across the business and with key external stakeholders
* Coordinating complex weekly international travel to include private jet arrangements
* Intelligent support with meeting preparation and investor management
* Draft slides, meeting notes and documents as required, updating the CRM (Salesforce) with significant client interactions
* Support with internal and external events to include team away-days, deal closing dinners and the AGM
* Private support to include research for holidays, property management, managing private appointments and household suppliers
Qualifications
Non-negotiables:
* At least three years' EA experience gained in a large, global financial institution
* Familiarity with supporting HNWI lifestyle requirements
* Bachelor's degree
* Tech literate with very strong Microsoft Office suite skills, Salesforce and a confident AI user
