We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Event Staff to join the team at Belsonic, one of Belfast’s biggest live music events. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, delivering excellent customer service, and being part of major concerts and festivals.
Key Responsibilitie:
* Assisting with crowd management and customer support
* Checking tickets and directing attendees
* Supporting bar, merchandise, or hospitality teams where required
* Maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming event environment
* Responding professionally to customer queries and issues
* Following all health & safety and event procedures
* Working closely with supervisors and security teams during live events
Requirement:
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Friendly, professional, and approachable attitude
* Ability to work evenings, weekends, and late-night shifts
* Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
* Previous event, hospitality, or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential
* Must be punctual, dependable, and able to stay calm under pressure
* Must be aged 16+
