Starting salary of approximately £22,000 £23,000
A fully supported teacher training pathway via an apprenticeship route
No cost for teacher training

The role: Youll begin by working alongside experienced teachers, gradually increasing your teaching responsibilities as your confidence grows.
Supporting Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 exposure may be available)
Assisting with lesson delivery and student progress
Progressing into teaching your own classes (typically 1012 lessons)
Receiving regular coaching and feedback from experienced staff

Requirements: A degree in Maths or a related subject (e.g. Engineering, Physics)

Coaching or club leadership
School-based or voluntary experience with children
Strong communication skills and a proactive, enthusiastic approach
