Una is a cycle-aware habit system that keeps ambitious women from running on empty — delivering one expert-backed, personalised action per day, tuned to her cycle and her real life.
Think: private tailoring. High-end hospitality. Behavioural science. AI world models. Zero guilt. Zero overwhelm.
We're building what coaches and high-end wellbeing resorts offer — delivered daily, at scale.
The Role
We're hiring a Founding Product Designer.
* This is not a UI polish role. This is not a feature delivery function. This is not a brand styling position.
You will shape how Una feels, operates, and evolves — from the ground up, working directly with the founders.
You will: → Translate deep behavioural science research into best-in-class product experiences → Own both UX and UI — from structure to craft → Shape the emotional tone of the product → Define system foundations, not just individual screens → Remove more than you add — and have the conviction to say no
* You're designing for busy, ambitious women who do not tolerate fluff. The product must feel sharp, considered, and purposeful.
How You Work
* You're across the full product lifecycle — not just execution.
* You're comfortable in customer research and discovery.
* You prototype fast.
* You use AI to accelerate thinking and output.
* You design toward measurable behavioural outcomes — engagement, adherence, retention, trust — not aesthetic preference.
Una is a behaviour-change product. Success is not which interface looks visually \"best.\"
What We're Looking For
✔ Built zero-to-one products — not just iterated on existing ones
✔ Thinks in systems, not individual screens
✔ Understands restraint as a design principle
✔ Comfortable designing in ambiguity and shaping direction
✔ Can challenge founders constructively, grounded in user outcomes and first principles
What This Role Is Not
✗ A UI polish role
✗ A growth optimisation or experimentation-only role
✗ A feature delivery function executing predefined tickets
✗ A brand or visual styling position
* You are not here to make things look better. You are here to make the product fundamentally better.
* You are not here to decorate a product. You are here to help define a category.
