Your role We are looking for a reliable and motivated Pharmacy Stores Assistant to join our busy and friendly pharmacy team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and an interest in supporting safe and efficient medicines supply across the organisation. No previous pharmacy experience is required, and full training will be provided. You will be tasked with receiving high-value inventory, which must be accurately recorded in data systems using various software applications. Additionally, it is essential to store these items under appropriate temperature-controlled conditions in accordance with standard operating procedures. You will be responsible for the packing and dispatching of medication orders to patients ensuring that they reach the patient safely and securely. You will be responsible for accurately picking patients’ medication orders as well as c arrying out any related tasks that will always ensure the safe and effective supply of medicines to patients during the prescription journey. Benefits Annual salary: £24,823 18 Month Fixed Term Contract Annual leave of 25 days bank holidays (increasing to 27 days after 3 years’ service) Pension - you will be auto-enrolled after 3 months of employment at 5% (with an employer contribution of 4%).
