Main Responsibilities:
* Manage the electrical package across all phases of the project
* Plan and coordinate daily site activities with engineers, subcontractors and suppliers
* Track programme delivery, reporting any risk to schedule, budget or scope
* Ensure full compliance with health & safety protocols and site regulations
* Lead toolbox talks and enforce standards across electrical operations
* Monitor progress against project milestones and adjust plans as needed
* Liaise with wider project leadership and client stakeholders
* Oversee materials, drawings and documentation relevant to electrical works
* Provide technical input and troubleshooting across systems and installation stages

Requirements:
* Experience leading electrical works on live construction or MEP projects
* A proactive mindset and ability to lead within a larger multi-trade team environment
* Proactive communicator with a firm grasp of technical detail and site dynamics
* CSCS card and SMSTS accreditation
* Ability to work on-site full-time (Mon-Fri) near Haverhill
* Full UK driving licence and own transport
* Ability to obtain EL1 Security Clearance (essential for site access)
* A solid understanding of compliance, programme management, and on-site coordination
