Systems Engineer
• This is a Systems Engineer role where you’ll be central to the design, integration, and delivery of high-performance radar and surveillance systems across maritime and defence platforms.
• The role pays £60–65K depending on experience, with a strong benefits package and clear progression opportunities.
• This is a site-based role in North London with occasional travel required across the UK and overseas depending on project demands.

What will you be doing?
As a Systems Engineer, you’ll work across the full systems engineering lifecycle — from concept and bid support to system design, integration, and customer acceptance. You’ll be collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, managing technical documentation, and acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. This role also includes supporting new product innovation and taking an active role in on-site installations and international deployments.
What will you need?
• Experience in systems design, integration, and testing
• Strong understanding of systems and product lifecycles
• Familiarity with engineering disciplines such as software, electrical, and mechanical
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong documentation and technical writing abilities
• Willingness to travel, including internationally
• Degree in Engineering or a related discipline
What would be desirable?
• Knowledge of radar systems or maritime/naval technology
• Experience working with navigation systems or communications protocols (RS485, TCP/IP, etc.)
• Previous involvement in full product lifecycle including concept, development, and support
• Ability to lead technical teams and deliver engineering projects to time and budget
• UK security clearance and professional registration (IET, INCOSE, etc.)
