Were looking for a dedicated PPM and Compliance Administrator to join our team in Birmingham (B46 1JU). If you have a background in facilities management or a construction office, this role is a perfect fit.

Pay: GBP13.46 per hour
Location: Birmingham, Regeneration House
Shift: 9am to 7pm ( Monday to Friday)
Contract: Asap to 26/10/2025
Requirements:
You will be responsible for a range of essential administrative duties, ensuring our planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and compliance tasks are completed on time. Your key responsibilities will include:

Scheduling and tracking maintenance tasks.

Updating systems like Maximo with all relevant information.
*
Chasing contractors or internal teams for overdue work or missing documentation.
