Your Impact as Chef De Partie
As our Chef De Partie, you'll be a key part of the team, working on everything from breakfasts to banqueting. Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing fresh ingredients, cooking dishes to order, and ensuring beautiful presentation.
Adhering to food safety rules, managing waste, and completing daily temperature checks.
Working closely with the team to ensure smooth service and timely delivery of dishes.
