The Role:
They're looking for a Salesforce CX Functional Consultant to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will work closely with client stakeholders to understand business processes, translate requirements into Salesforce solutions, and ensure successful implementation of CX-focused projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with clients to gather and document business requirements for Salesforce CX projects.
* Translate business needs into functional specifications and design solutions leveraging Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud.
* Conduct workshops, process mapping, and fit-gap analysis to align Salesforce capabilities with business objectives.
* Support the configuration of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices and client requirements.
* Provide guidance on adoption, change management, and process improvement related to Salesforce CX solutions.
* Partner with technical teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and integration.
* Create functional documentation, user guides, and support materials.
Experience & Skills Required:
* Proven experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant, with a focus on Customer Experience (CX) projects.
* Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
* Experience with Salesforce implementation projects, including requirement gathering, process design, and configuration.
* Familiarity with integration approaches, data migration, and reporting within Salesforce ecosystems.
* Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and workshop facilitation skills.
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
Nice to Have:
* Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Service Cloud Consultant.
* Experience in a consulting environment or across multiple industries.
