Key Responsibilities:
1. Control, plan, and monitor the export load.
2. Deliver quality service to customers and ensure cost-effective utilization of approved depot, port, and terminal vendors through effective communication, coordination, and management.
3. Provide weekly overdue asset status reports to the responsible department for action and follow-up on inventory issues.
4. Follow up on root causes of service issues with customers or terminal queries.
Skills & Experience:
* Experience in a similar role.
* Ability to work as part of a close team and independently when required.
* Good organizational skills.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to work under pressure when necessary.
