Join Our Team as a Welding Technician at CRC Evans

Due to winning new global projects we're seeking dedicated Welding Technicians to play a key role in delivering high quality, reliable projects globally. As part of our team, you'll support senior technicians in diagnosing and repairing welding equipment, ensuring everything meets our high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist senior technicians in diagnosing and repairing welding power supplies, automated equipment, and internal welding machines.
* Collaborate on qualifying welding procedures for field deployment, ensuring equipment meets client specifications.
* Coordinate equipment packing and documentation for logistics, ensuring smooth operations.
* Conduct welding equipment calibration and validation to maintain operational excellence.
* Monitor and report spare parts and consumable usage, ensuring timely replacements and efficient resource management.
Required Qualifications:
* City & Guilds/SVQ Qualification or equivalent.
* Completion of Recognised Apprenticeship (Mechanical/Electrical) preferred.
Experience:
* Experience of working on projects internationally is preferred but not essential
* Ability to work effectively with diverse international crews.
Skills & Knowledge:
* Strong understanding of QHSE
* Proficiency in maintenance and refurbishment of automatic pipeline equipment is preferred but not essential
* Technical expertise in production equipment and associated specifications.
* Electrical appreciation and mechanical/electronic equipment maintenance skills.
