Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and experiencedMulti Traderto join our team. The ideal candidate will be reliable, self-motivated, and capable of carrying out a wide range of trades to a high standard. You will be working on a variety of domestic projects, from full refurbishments to remedial works.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out a variety of trades including:
* Carpentry (e.g., door hanging, skirting, boxing-in)
* Plumbing (e.g., fitting taps, repairing leaks)
* Tiling and grouting
* Plastering and patch repairs
* Painting and decorating
* Kitchen and bathroom installations
* General maintenance and snagging work
* Work independently and as part of a team
* Ensure high standards of workmanship and cleanliness on all jobs
* Communicate effectively with clients and team members
* Complete work within agreed timescales
Requirements
* Proven experience in a similar multi-trade role
* Own tools and transport (essential)
* Good communication and time management skills
* High attention to detail and pride in your work
* UTR number and eligibility to work in the UK
