About the role An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Finance Team as a Finance Officer. In this role, you’ll provide high-quality technical, reporting and analytical support to senior colleagues and the wider organisation. You’ll play a key part in delivering a full range of operational finance services across the Group, ensuring user needs are met and financial systems run smoothly. You’ll also maintain accurate financial data and support the production of essential management information. What you will bring You’ll bring strong hands-on experience and a deep understanding of financial processes and accounting techniques. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Head of Finance and Sr Finance Business Partners to deliver high-quality Statutory Financial Statements, Management Accounts, annual Budgets, monthly monitoring reports, and insightful value-added analysis that supports informed decision-making across the organisation. Advanced Excel skills are essential, along with a proven ability to produce accurate work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Experience in payroll processes would be a valuable advantage, as would a background in driving process improvements, modernising finance operations, and contributing to a business-partnering finance model.
