* Direct customers appropriately and support both sales and aftersales teams to ensure a smooth and efficient customer journey.
* Handle enquiries confidently, providing accurate information and clear communication at all times.
* Maintain a pristine showroom environment, ensuring displays and communal areas reflect Porsche standards.
* Provide exceptional hospitality, including refreshments and a comfortable waiting area, to enhance the customer experience.
* Support customer events as needed, assisting with planning and coordination.
* Carry out basic administrative tasks, such as managing correspondence.
* Uphold a polished appearance, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to customer service.
