Job Overview
We are looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor to support a range of hotel fit‑out and upgrade projects as part of a national framework.
Responsibilities
* Lead two hotel fit‑out or refurbishment schemes, including planning, budgeting and cost management.
* Work closely with procurement, sub‑contractors and design teams to prepare budgets and cost estimates.
* Manage cost control during execution and provide accurate progress reporting.
* Travel as required throughout the working week.
Qualifications
* Self‑motivated with proven experience delivering fit‑out or refurbishment projects.
* Prior experience working for a main building contractor is preferred.
* Strong knowledge of procurement, cost control and budget preparation.
