We are recruiting for analysts within our Corporate Analysis team. You will work on both quantitative and qualitative analysis and policing topics. We create regular reports, briefings to strategic management boards and bespoke analytical products which assist the force in understanding if we have the workforce and processes in place to service our demand.

Analytical support is in demand in HIOWC and increasing each year. We utilise tools such as PowerBI, Business Objects, Excel, models and our skills with data to provide the force with the insight to make decisions

.

In summary, we try to understand our workforce, the demand we face and the ability of those resources to meet that demand, as well as crime affecting our communities and the performance of the force in solving that crime.
