Whether you’re supporting phonics, early reading, number work or classroom routines, your impact will be felt in those small but powerful daily wins. You’ll mainly be working across KS1, with occasional support in EYFS or lower KS2 where needed. This could involve one to one support or leading small group interventions, always focused on helping pupils build confidence, develop positive behaviour and grow a genuine love of learning.
