This company specialises in project management solutions for projects of all sizes-from small refurbishments to large-scale developments and operates in both the public and private sectors. Their work includes general construction, maintenance, and repair contracts, with a particular focus on HM Prisons, Hospitals, and Educational Institutions. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a company that offers comprehensive training, progression to Senior roles and the chance to work on impactful, rewarding projects.
Your Role As A Quantity Surveyor Will Include:
* Offer expert contractual guidance to project teams
* Oversee commercial management duties
* Carry out cost planning, budget estimates, and financial reviews
* Review completed designs to ensure they meet commercial and contractual requirements
The Successful Quantity Surveyor Will Have:
* 5 years' experience in a Quantity Surveying within construction
* Valid CSCS card
* Strong knowledge with construction contracts (NEC and JCT)
* Degree in Quantity Surveying / commercial management / construction management
* Valid UK driving licence
