IMH Recruitment are seeking an experienced Administrator to provide support in the handling of insurance claims for our client in Leeds. Responsibilities: * To ensure that complete and accurate data in relation to claims is entered and recorded on the database. * To provide administrative support in the entry and processing of insurance claims. * To assist in the registration of claims with external agencies. * To liaise with the Claims Team and the Claims Litigation section. * To assist in responding to queries from officers, external organisations and the public on claims matters. * To assist in handling telephone enquiries and respond to voicemails. * To raise accurate and timely payments. * To perform all functions and duties effectively and in accordance with Council policies. * To work in a hybrid environment including an agreed split between working in the office and at home. Requirements for the role: * Able to communicate clearly and professionally with a wide variety of individuals. * Practical working knowledge of using various computerised systems. * Practical working knowledge of administrative tasks within a financial ledger system. * Strong Administrative skills * A minimum of level 1 Administrative or equivalent qualification. Hours & Pay: * Monday - Friday ( Hours to be confirmed at interview stage usually 8am-4pm, 8:30am-4:30PM or, 9AM-5PM). * 37 Hours Per Week. * £12.26 Per Hour.
